Lana Foundation – One Down, Own Now was founded in November 2023 by Cherise Raymond in memory of her niece, Nalani Madison Armstrong, who passed away at just 13 years old. Known as ‘Lana,’ Nalani dreamed of beautiful homes. Today, her legacy lives on through our mission to help first-time buyers secure the homes they deserve.
We also raise money for Emergency Rental Assistance for security deposits and back due rents.
